Here’s how to register if you are Chiropractor or Acupuncturist:

2. Click the Login button in the upper right corner and login. (If you have not registered on ChiroCredit.com before, after clicking on Login, click on Register and Create an Account).
3. Once you login, please click on “Redeem Coupon.”
4. On the next screen, enter the coupon code of 623118 and click "Submit Code."
5. You will receive confirmation of registration for the “Fulcrum Synergy Webinar October 2025” and can find the event listed under “My Scheduled TeleSeminars/Webinars.”

Here’s how to register if you are a PT/OT/MT:

1. Please visit https://www.onlinece.com/partners/fulcrum-health/.
2. Select the Fulcrum Synergy Webinar from the product drop-down menu and click ADD TO CART.
3. Fill out the payment information to place your order. If you are new to OnlineCE, you will be asked to create an account password that you will use when you log in to your account.
4. A payment received screen will invite you to log in to your account. Please update your profile with your current profession, state, and license information. This will ensure that you receive the proper completion certificate after attending the event. (A receipt will also be sent to your email.)
5. Access your account using www.onlinece.com/my-account. The event will be listed in your My Courses tab and will be open 20 minutes prior to the start of the event on Oct. 23.
