Angie Lipson, DCM, LAc
Dr. Angie Lipson is an accomplished chinese medicine practitioner and owner of AcuHaus with extensive experience in pain management, cancer complementary therapy, and herbal medicine.
Dr. Lipson demonstrates clinical expertise through meticulous patient assessments, effective treatment plans, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
She has a proven track record in client retention strategies and mentoring junior staff to enhance service quality as well as serving as an adjunct faculty and clinical supervisor at Northwestern Health Sciences University, guiding interns in clinical competencies and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Brian Justice, DC

Dr. Brian Justice is a recently retired medical director at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, where he was recruited in 2012 to develop and implement a comprehensive spine program focusing on early contact practitioners. The Spine Health Program is based on a program Dr. Justice co-developed with Value Care Partners, previously known as Spine Care Partners, at which he serves as the CEO. This was the only U.S. spine program highlighted in publications ranging from Consumer Reports to the European Spine Journal.
Dr. Justice spent 28 years in a spine-focused chiropractic practice in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospital based, NFP inner city clinics and in industry. He has published and presented nationally on community approaches to health, quality improvement, pathway development, wellness/wellbeing and optimal interdisciplinary spine care. In 2015, Dr. Justice was awarded a regional Health Care Innovation Award.
Missy Stauch, MS, LAT, ATC
Serving as the director of sports medicine at Augsburg University since 1998, Missy Strauch (North Dakota State '89) has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the most respected sports medicine professionals in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and all of NCAA Division III athletics. Strauch is Augsburg's athletics health care administrator and is the primary certified athletic trainer for the Augsburg football and men's hockey teams, in addition to supervising the sports medicine program for all 22 Augsburg varsity athletic teams.
In 2016, Strauch received the Fred Zamberletti Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Football Federation, honoring her outstanding service to the Augsburg athletic community. Before earning the Fred Zamberletti Award, Strauch was awarded the Outstanding Staff Award by Augsburg in 2015d, and her department was then voted Outstanding Department in 2022. In 2025, Strauch was inducted into the Augsburg University Hall of Fame as the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. She has also served as president-elect and president of the Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association.
Outside of Augsburg, Strauch works with the NFL and the Big Ten as an independent concussion spotter. She has provided athletic training services for the Special Olympics, the 1992 cycling Olympic Trials, and the Paralympic games in Atlanta in 1996.
Strauch earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from North Dakota State and her master's degree in human performance from Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1994.
Prior to coming to Augsburg, Strauch served as an athletic trainer at Orono HS (Long Lake, Minn., 1989-92), Augustana College (Ill., 1994-97) and at the University of Minnesota (1997-98). Strauch is actively involved with the MIAC and the College Athletic Trainers' Society.
Robin Smith, MBA, CISSP, IAPP/US, CCSFP
Robin Smith has over 30 years of leadership experience in the security, privacy, information technology, project management and financial disciplines. Smith now focuses on building enterprise security and privacy programs that work across the breadth of business, technology and financial factors to provide usable, compliant environments meeting current needs while anticipating future requirements and concerns.
Smith has designed and delivered security programs in the healthcare and retail space that have achieved HIPAA compliance, HITRUST Certification and PCI-DSS compliance. Augmenting her security and privacy work, Smith has led a variety of information technology teams over her tenure, including business process, project management, infrastructure and development functions. Smith holds the CISSP certification as well as a CIPP/US and CCSFP HITRUST certification. Prior to her focus on technology, security and privacy, Smith passed both the Uniform CPA and CMA exams while working for a large healthcare conglomerate performing consolidations accounting.
